1. SolutionDissolve

  •  Plug the triangle power supply in and make sure the socket is well grounded.
  • Close the outlet valve and drain valve. Turn on the mixing valve, and purify the RO water to 90% of the required volume of concentrated solution.
  • Turn on the power switch of water pump.
  • Put the required powder into the mixing machine.
  • Stirring until the bottom water outlet of the mixing machine can be clearly seen (around 30mins). If the temperature of RO water is low, please raise the water temperature to avoid the influence on the dissolution of powder. (Especially for the powder B.)
  • Keep still for several minutes, and make sure the powder is completely dissolved, otherwise it should be continue stirring.
  • After static clarification, add RO water to the final solution required level.
  • Stir for additional 1 minute around.
  • Turn on the solution extraction valve to collect the concentrated liquid. 1.10After the solution collection, turn off the water pump switch. It is absolutely forbidden to operate the water pump without water.

2. Cleaning

  • Drain the residual solution and then close the outlet valve and drain valve.
  • Turn on the RO water valve, and fill the water to more than 10 session level, and then close the lid.
  • Turn on the spray valve and mixing valve. Turn on the power switch and start cleaning.
  • Turn off the dispensing pump, spray valve and mixing valve after 5 minutes of flushing, then turn on the drain valve.
  • Close the drain valve after mixing machine emptying completely.
  • Observe the cleanliness of the filter element and replace it regularly. (If using disinfectant for cleaning, please take out the filter element in advance)

3. Filling

Put the barrel to the outlet and turn on the outlet valve. The stirred dialysis concentrates solution flows out through the filter. The flow of dialysis concentrates solution can be controlled through adjusting the stirring valve. Turn off the water pump switch after the barrel is full or all the dialysis concentrates flows out completely.

4. Draining

Turn on the drain valve to drain the residual liquid.

Disinfection and Cleaning

The materials use PP, UPVC and other corrosion resistant materials in this product. It is suitable for peracetic acid as disinfectant. If users choose other disinfection methods, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the selected disinfection method is suitable for the product material to avoid unnecessary damage. If in doubt, please consult the equipment manufacturer

Please follow below process:

  1. Prepare 2.5 liters of peracetic acid disinfectant solution (15-17%), Wear a thickened cotton mask and gloves. Some kinds of peracetic acids need to be mixed for 24 hours before use
  2. First remove the filter element of the filter, and then tighten the filter shell.
  3. Open the discharge valve and close the mixing tank after emptying thoroughly.
  4. Open the discharge valve, and empty the mixing tank completely, and then close the mixing tank. Pour the disinfectant into the mixing tank, and fill the water till half of the maximum capacity of the mixing tank. Take 200L mixing tank as an example, fill with 100L water
  5. Put the lid on and turn on the pump for 20 minutes.
  6. During this period, open the valve of the liquid intake port, so that a part of the liquid containing disinfection components is discharged. Close the liquid withdrawing valve. Open the spray valve for 3 minutes and reset again
  7. Turn off the pump and stand for 20 minutes
  8. Open the discharge valve and the liquid withdrawing valve of the mixing machine to make it drain and clean.
  9. Fill with water to 2⁄3 of the mixing machine’s maximum capacity, open the lid and turn on the mixing pump for 5 minutes. When the liquid is out and then pour it back to the mixing machine during opening the liquid port valve. Open the spray valve for 3 minutes and then reset it.
  10. Open the discharge valve and the liquid withdrawing valve of the mixing machine, and discharge it clean.
  11. Repeat Steps 9 and Steps 10 and test for disinfectant residue at discharge. If the disinfection residue is qualified, the disinfection shall be terminated. If the residue does not pass, repeat Steps 9 and Steps 10 until the discharges are cleared.
  12. The residue test is qualified, and the new filter element is loaded into the filter. Then tighten the filter housing

The frequency of disinfection of the stirred tank will be adjusted according to the results of the bacteria test of the concentrated solution prepared. Generally, Mixing for solution A does not support bacterial growth.
Rinse the mixing bucket: fill water to more scale than usual, and turn on the mixing pump and circulate for 10 minutes, and then drain clean.
