Intended Use

  • It is intended for the cutting, removal, sawing of soft and hard tissue and bone for the following medical applications ; Spinal(Including Uniportal and Biportal surgery), Arthroscopic, orthopedic, General Surgical Procedures.
  • sterilized by EO gas.

How to use

  1. Align the locking guides on the base of the shaver blade with the locking guides on the handpiece.
  2. Slide the blade into the handpiece until it locks into place.
  3. Ensure that it is coupled tightly to the handpiece.
  4. After using, withdraw the blade from handpiece.

Caution

  1. Read the instruction for use thoroughly before use.
  2. For single use only, discard after use.
  3. Do not use if the package is damaged or the expiration date has passed.
  4. Do not bend shaver blades or use them for prying. Excessive pressure on them may cause it to break and may cause harm to the patient and operating-room staff.
  5. To avoid possible user injury, never attempt to change the blade while the handpiece is running.
  6. Do not modify shaver blades in any way. Modifying shaver blades may cause product damage and personal injury to the patient and operating-room staff.
  7. Avoid contacting shaver blades with metal objects. Do not insert metal objects in the shaver blade window. If shaver blades contact metal objects, they may break, leaving pieces in the surgical site where they will be difficult to remove.
  8. Can be used with Stryker, Linvatec, Smith&Nephew power generator and handpiece.
