Citrocide:
Indication: Citrocide® is indicated for the routine disinfection and decalcification of internal fluid pathways of hemodialysis machines or central concentrate delivery system. It is intended to reduce microbial contamination, including bacteria, mycobacteria, spores, and viruses, thereby maintaining the safe operation of hemodialysis systems and minimizing infection risks to patients.
Product Efficacy: Effective at temperature above 60~84°C against bacteria (Salmonella typhimurium, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa), mycobacteria (Mycobacterium terrae), spores (Bacillus atrophaeous) and, viruses (HBV, HCV, HIV inactivation).
Direction for Use:
Compatibility: The use solution has been shown to be highly compatible with common materials of medical devices including stainless steel, ceramics, glass, plastics, and elastomers.
Hazard Statements – Irittant – Irritant to skin and eyes. Wear protective gloves when handling.
Precautionary Statements – Wash face, hands, and any exposed skin thoroughly after handling. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue Rinsing.
Storage: Keep away from children. Keep in a dry place and store upright in original closed shipping carton at room temperature (below 30°C). Do not expose to direct sunlight or heating sources. Avoid contamination from any source. Expiration date applies to properly stored unused product. Do not use after expiration date.
Disposal: The use solution does not require additional specific safety measures for people or the environment. Dispose of any unused material including the container in accordance with all applicable Local regulations.
